I don't know whether Ueli and Hans-Peter knew what they were letting themselves in for in Prague when they put in a bid to hold the 5th Cheese Ripening Symposiums 2008 in Bern. And then they also get the approval from the Standing Committee. Prague hasn't seen such a party since. And then that reception at Zurich airport, as if they had won the Olympic Games. The Swiss are certainly nuts about cheese.
Now they've got to get down to organising things. Fortunately they have manned their committees with experts. Many thanks to everyone supporting Ueli and Hans-Peter.
